Support in supported living arrangements and residential homes. We work with members, families, and support teams to shape assistance around each member’s needs, preferences, and daily routines.

Job preparation, job coaching, and assistance finding and maintaining employment that matches each person’s strengths and interests.

Respite care

Temporary support that maintains continuity of care for individuals and gives family members and caregivers time to rest and attend to other needs.

Transportation assistance

Help getting to appointments, work, shopping, and community activities connected to each person’s support needs.

Independent living skills

Practical support with cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, household tasks, communication, and decision-making, at each person’s pace.

Companion services

Companionship, encouragement, and assistance with everyday activities to support connection, participation, and well-being.

Health coordination

Help scheduling appointments, communicating with care teams, and following established care plans.

Behavioral support

Individualized assistance with communication, coping skills, and positive behavior, coordinated with the person’s support team and established plan.

Assistive technology and accessibility

Support accessing adaptive equipment, communication tools, and resources for home modifications that promote independence and accessibility.

Education, practical resources, and guidance for families and caregivers supporting a person with a disability.
